QA Engineer - SIP/VOIP

Your Role:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SIP/VOIP products
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and ensure product quality
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and verify bug fixes
• Document test results and provide feedback to improve product performance
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in QA processes
• Participate in team meetings to discuss testing strategies and quality initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in software testing and quality assurance
  
  

Requirements

• Basic understanding of SIP/VOIP technologies and protocols
• Experience in manual and automated testing methodologies
• Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
