- Establish and maintains the aerospace quality management system.
- Develop shared vision of world class quality systems and plan the implementation.
- Plan and coordinate with external auditing agency for AQMS certification.
- Plan and implement AQMS internal audit and measure effectiveness of quality systems.
- Responsibile for quality surveys.
- Collect, measure and conduct review meetings on process performance and quality objectives.
- Conduct and coordinate management meetings.
- Train all staff on aerospace quality management systems on regular / need basis.
- Responsible for implementation of customer quality system requirements (if any).
- Distribute controlled and uncontrolled copies of QMS documents.
- Responsible for document control activities.
- Carries out contract and order reviews.
- Liason with customer wherever there is a process quality concern and solve the problem to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Responsible for closing QMS customer complaints after ensuring corrective actions.
- Responsible for conduct internal audits and clouser of GAPs in all departments.
Qualifications Required : B. Tech / B.E. / Diploma
Competence
- Experienced in Management Representative Role.
- Certified AQMS Internal Auditor.
- Training.

- Vendor assessment audits.
