Key Responsibilities

  • Own production stability and release quality
  • Investigate, analyze, and help debug production issues
  • Perform edge-case, negative, and risk-based testing
  • Write and maintain detailed test cases for regression and high-risk areas
  • Validate features and bug fixes on staging
  • Provide staging sign-off before production releases
  • Prioritize and track quality risks across sprints
  • Work closely with developers during development, not just after
  • Support hotfix validation and urgent production releases
  • Ensure testing coverage aligns with business and technical risk

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

3+ Years of experience, Complete Work From Office.
  • Strong experience in manual and exploratory testing
  • Ability to investigate and debug production issues with developers
  • Strong test case writing and documentation skills
  • Solid understanding of web and mobile applications
  • Familiarity with APIs, logs, and databases for validation
  • Understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery
  • Ability to manage priorities, risks, and release timelines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
