Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven professional to manage and scale our presence across Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart) while driving digital marketing initiatives across Meta and LinkedIn.

The role will focus on sales growth, visibility, platform optimization, and efficient budget utilization.

Key ResponsibilitiesQ-Commerce Management
  • Manage end-to-end operations for Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart
  • Drive product visibility, indexing, and search ranking
  • Plan and execute platform campaigns, banners, and promotions
  • Coordinate with platform teams for better placements and visibility
  • Monitor inventory visibility, stock availability, and performance metrics
Performance Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & LinkedIn
  • Manage ad budgets to maximize ROAS and conversions
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Run conversion-focused campaigns for lead generation and sales
Marketing & Branding
  • Channelize marketing efforts across platforms to ensure consistent brand presence
  • Manage creative assets, banners, and product content
  • Work with design teams to develop high-converting creatives
  • Ensure strong Made in India and brand positioning across platforms
Analytics & Growth
  • Track and report on sales, visibility, and campaign performance
  • Identify growth opportunities, underperforming SKUs, and optimization areas
  • Drive SKU-level performance improvements (pricing, promotions, visibility)
  • Deliver incremental sales growth through data insights
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce / Q-Commerce / Digital Marketing
  • Strong understanding of commerce and online marketplace operations
  • Excellent analytical skills and data interpretation ability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in sales-driven roles with focus on revenue growth
Key Skills Required
  • Hands-on experience with Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CAC)
  • Experience in campaign planning, execution, and optimization
  • Proficiency in Excel / reporting dashboards
  • Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Q-commerce or D2C brands
  • Familiarity with platform ads (Blinkit/Instamart Ads)
  • Exposure to Amazon/Flipkart ads (added advantage)
Compensation
  • Salary will be as per last drawn (industry standards)
