Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our user acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for the full-funnel management of ad campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on unit economics, ROI, and conversion rate optimization. We are looking for a specialist who enjoys reverse-engineering business goals into actionable marketing funnels.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (primarily Meta and Google Ads) from scratch for product launches and evergreen funnels.
- Analytical Strategy: Manage large-scale budgets with a laser focus on ROI. You will track CAC, CTR, and ROI while ensuring we stay within our target unit economics.
- Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with the creative and web teams to improve Landing Page Conversion Rates (CVR) and ad creative performance (Hook rates/CTR).
- Data-Driven Reporting: Provide daily/weekly insights on campaign performance. Explain why metrics moved (e.g., the relationship between CPM and CTR) rather than just reporting the numbers.
- Testing & Experimentation: Run rigorous A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify winning combinations and scale them efficiently.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Platform & Tracking Mastery:
- Advanced Ads Management: Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Tracking & Attribution: Hands-on experience implementing and managing Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), and AppsFlyer for precise conversion tracking and event measurement.
- Google App Campaigns (UAC): Experience managing Google Universal App Campaigns (UAC) is a significant plus.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
- Form and execute monthly performance marketing reports.
- Work along with sales, operations, brand, and category teams to drive growth and revenue.
- Regular settlement of claims in coordination with the Finance team.
- Oversee and coordinate with affiliate partners.
Experience
- 4-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing / App Marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across:
- Google Ads: (UAC, Demand Gen, Performance Max, Search)
- Meta Ads Manager: (Advantage+ App Campaigns / Sales campaigns)
