Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Purchase / Procurement Manager. The responsibilities include assessing and evaluating suppliers, managing procurement processes, negotiating and finalizing contracts with vendors, and ensuring compliance with organizational goals and standards. The manager will also focus on fostering strong supplier relationships, analyzing cost efficiencies, and maintaining rigorous quality standards across procurement activities.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and strong understanding of market dynamics
  • Experience in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable terms
  • Advanced Analytical Skills for cost analysis, forecasting, and decision-making
  • Strong background in Procurement and supply chain management processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools is desirable
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations, particularly those relevant to medical device manufacturing
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and work effectively as part of a team
