Purchase Executive / SR Exec / AM

We are seeking a proactive Purchase Executive / Sr Exec / AM to manage the complete procurement-to-pay cycle. You will be responsible for developing new vendors, coordinating with a large number of suppliers, and ensuring materials reach customers within the agreed-upon timeframe. This role requires hands-on ERP experience, strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders, and basic knowledge of products in MRO, Chemicals, or Packaging categories.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Follow the complete P2P (procurement to pay) or Sales to Order cycle.
• Develop new and alternate vendors for key products and services to achieve better service ability for clients.
• Prepare MIS reports on a daily and weekly basis.
• Take ownership of material reaching the customer as per the agreed TAT (Turnaround Time).
• Engage in rigorous interaction and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with a large number of suppliers on a daily basis for order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team for better service ability.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on ERP experience for sales order and PO creation (SAP/ERP knowledge).
• Experience in the procurement of products in categories like MRO, FMCG, Electricals, Packaging, office supplies, and CAPEX.
• Basic knowledge of products in the MRO, Chemicals, or Packaging categories.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Experience in MRO Buying, Sourcing, Auction, Bidding, and PR to PO conversion cycles.
• Supply Chain Management, Client Management, and Operations skills.

QUALIFICATION:

• Any Engineering graduate.
