Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, write, and edit proposals, bids, tenders, and RFP responses
  • Understand client requirements and develop compelling, customized proposals
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance, operations) to gather inputs
  • Ensure compliance with tender guidelines and submission requirements
  • Prepare presentations, capability statements, and supporting documents
  • Maintain proposal templates and a content library
  • Track submission deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1 years of experience in proposal writing, tender documentation, or bid management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with government tenders (GeM, e-procurement portals) is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT / Consulting / Services industry (if applicable)
  • Knowledge of RFP/RFI processes
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
