Key Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit proposals, bids, tenders, and RFP responses
- Understand client requirements and develop compelling, customized proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance, operations) to gather inputs
- Ensure compliance with tender guidelines and submission requirements
- Prepare presentations, capability statements, and supporting documents
- Maintain proposal templates and a content library
- Track submission deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1 years of experience in proposal writing, tender documentation, or bid management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with government tenders (GeM, e-procurement portals) is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT / Consulting / Services industry (if applicable)
- Knowledge of RFP/RFI processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
