Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in sales, Marketing or related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and review multinational, bilateral international funding/developing agencies, government and commercial RFP/solicitations in detail and be familiar with requirements.

Assist the bid/proposal manager in developing a proposal structure.

Develop & deliver high-quality, compliant, proposals & responses to request for proposal (RFP) solicitations, Request for information (RFI), Request for quote (RFQ) from different entities.

Ensure responsiveness to the client's/prospect's stated requirements.

Prepare requirements /compliance sheet based on information given in RFP.

Experience

2 to 8 years of relevant experience

Skills

Leadership skills: - Goal Setting, Decision Making, Relationship Building.

Report-writing skills: write routine reports with proper grammar, a professional appearance, and language which accurately reflects what occurred and flows

Actively appreciates and includes the diverse capabilities, insights, and ideas of others and working effectively.

Knowledge of relevant software, computer applications, and equipment; Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.

Strong oral and written communication skills.
