Role Description

The Proposal Writer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal process, including analyzing requests for proposals (RFPs), coordinating resources, and writing compelling and cohesive proposals. The role requires conducting research, drafting and editing technical content, and ensuring alignment with client needs. Collaboration with internal teams to develop successful proposals and effectively communicate complex information is a key component of this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in Proposal Management and handling requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Strong skills in Writing.
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Business, or related field
• Familiarity with government or IT service proposals is a plus
