Role Overview

The Project Manager – Projects is responsible for end-to-end execution and delivery of design and build projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to Zyeta's highest quality standards.

This role requires a proactive and hands-on professional who can manage planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder alignment across multiple project phases. The Project Manager acts as the central point of accountability, ensuring that design, procurement, site, and vendor teams work in complete synchronization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end execution of workplace design and build projects from planning to final handover.

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Zyeta's quality standards.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth execution.

• Maintain strong coordination between design, procurement, site, and finance teams.

• Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are consistently met.

Planning, Scheduling & Operational Discipline

• Develop detailed project execution plans including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.

• Prepare and manage project schedules using tools such as MS Project, Zoho Projects, or similar PM tools.

• Track project progress against schedules and proactively address potential delays.

• Forecast resource, manpower, and material requirements to ensure uninterrupted project progress.

• Conduct weekly progress reviews with internal teams to maintain alignment and accountability.

• Maintain structured documentation of schedules, reports, and project updates.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

• Coordinate procurement activities and track material deliveries to prevent execution delays.

• Ensure vendor contracts and deliverables align with project timelines and budgets.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.

• Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to clients and internal leadership.

• Conduct client meetings and review sessions to ensure expectations are clearly aligned.

• Build strong relationships with consultants, PMCs, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.

Change Management & Documentation

• Implement structured processes to manage design revisions, scope changes, and variation orders.

• Ensure all changes are documented, evaluated for impact, and approved before execution.

• Maintain version control of drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.

• Ensure transparent communication of changes to all project stakeholders.

Site Coordination & Quality Control

• Work closely with Site Engineers and Site Heads to ensure execution aligns with design intent and project schedules.

• Conduct regular site reviews to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

• Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and Zyeta's delivery standards across all project stages.

• Resolve on-site challenges quickly to prevent delays or disruptions.

Qualifications & Experience

5–10 years of experience in project management within interiors, construction, or real estate sectors.

• Proven experience managing workplace, commercial interior, or design-and-build projects.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and execution frameworks.

• Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Zoho Projects, or equivalent platforms.

• Strong vendor coordination, stakeholder management, and client communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred.
