Digital Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Digital Project Manager to lead and manage projects across digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing projects related to marketing automation and website content, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with international regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage digital projects from initiation to completion, with a primary focus on marketing automation and website page creation.
• Allocate and manage resources for dedicated teams, including Email Marketing and Web Content Editors.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira or Workfront to track progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with international regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Collaborate with B2B international clients and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
• Serve as a point of contact for all project-related communications and issue resolution.
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) as a secondary resource for project insights and data.

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in both digital marketing and project management.
• Proven experience managing projects in areas such as marketing automation and website content.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira or Workfront.
• Prior experience with a CRM tool as a secondary system is required.
• A strong background in the B2B sector and experience working with international clients.
• A solid understanding of compliance regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
