We are looking for an experienced Program Manager, AI Initiatives with 8+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs. This role will drive the planning and execution of AI and GenAI initiatives across the organization, working closely with product, engineering, data science, analytics, operations, security, legal, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management discipline, experience with AI/ML or data-driven initiatives, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks, dependencies, and executive communications in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Bring approximately 8+ years of program or project management experience, with demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional technology, AI, ML, analytics, data, or automation initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end execution of AI and GenAI initiatives from ideation through deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and success metrics.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of GenAI, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic systems, prompt-based workflows, and AI-powered enterprise solutions, with the ability to effectively engage technical and business teams on these topics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data science, analytics, operations, security, legal, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Build and manage program plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status reporting across multiple concurrent AI projects.
• Drive prioritization and execution of AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, resource requirements, and strategic importance.
• Coordinate delivery across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clarity on scope, ownership, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Track program performance using defined KPIs, milestones, and business impact measures, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to delivery, data readiness, technical dependencies, governance, and cross-functional execution.
• Support governance processes for AI initiatives, including documentation, stakeholder reviews, compliance alignment, and responsible AI considerations.
• Facilitate executive reviews, steering meetings, working sessions, and decision-making forums to maintain momentum and alignment.
• Create repeatable frameworks, templates, and operating processes for managing AI initiatives at scale across the organization.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors or partners involved in AI solution design, implementation, or integration.
• Apply a strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle concepts such as use case definition, data dependencies, model development, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required; MBA preferred. PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification is a plus.
