Experience: 12+ Years (Including 4+ Years in IT Project Management)
Key Responsibilities
- Possess overall 12+ years of IT industry experience, with a minimum of 4+ years in Project Management, or related leadership roles.
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, enabling software development teams to effectively adopt and practice Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage product backlogs, user stories, and changing business requirements.
- Track project progress, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues impacting project delivery.
- Remove impediments and barriers that hinder team productivity, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating effective communication among development teams, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status reporting, project updates, and escalation management when necessary.
- Monitor and measure project performance using appropriate metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, Agile best practices, and organizational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks such as Kanban.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
