Your Role: Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and track internal and client-facing initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, processes are followed consistently, and internal coordination and reporting run smoothly.
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, and ensure timely resolution
Ensure adherence to internal processes, documentation standards, and approval workflows
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and meeting notes
Conduct regular project reviews and governance check-ins with leadership and stakeholders
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and consistency
Ensure effective communication across teams and act as a single point of coordination for assigned projects
Assist leadership with visibility into project performance, timelines, and resource utilization
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 23 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations roles
Proficiency in MS Excel (tracking, reporting, analysis), MS PowerPoint (presentations, reviews, leadership updates), and dashboard creation
Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, frameworks, and documentation practices
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and collaborative environment
Experience in consulting, technology, privacy, cybersecurity, or compliance domains is a plus
