We're Hiring: Project Manager (Construction) to Lead Our Greater Noida Site!
Are you a seasoned construction professional capable of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from mobilization to handover We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of a comprehensive building project in Greater Noida. This role involves end-to-end management of Civil, Interior, MEPFF, and Site Development works. If you possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive progress on-site, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Lead and supervise the end-to-end execution of the project being done by the Contracting agency, including Civil structure, Interior finishing, MEPFF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting), and external Site Development.
- Planning & Monitoring: Prepare and monitor the project schedule (L1/L2/L3 schedules), ensuring milestones are met within the stipulated timeline and budget.
- Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the Client, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors to ensure seamless information flow and conflict resolution.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce strict Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures and ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards on-site.
- Documentation: Review and approve GFC drawings, BOQs, and contractor bills. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), WPRs, and material reconciliation.
- Site Management: Manage site resources, labor, and material procurement strategies to prevent bottlenecks.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of professional experience in building construction, with specific exposure to high-rise or commercial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of CPWD specifications, NBC norms, and IS Codes.
- Proven experience in managing MEPFF services and High-end Interiors alongside core civil works.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Ideally based in or willing to relocate to Greater Noida.
Should be comfortable working on the following Software:
- Project Management MS Project (MSP) or Primavera P6
- Technical Review AutoCAD (Review & Coordination)
- Documentation & Reporting MS Excel (Advanced), MS Word, and PowerPoint
