Job Summary:
We are seeking a Techno-Functional Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile delivery, BOT technologies, and airline systems. This role will lead the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of ChatBOT, EmailBOT, VoiceBOT, and multi-channel communication platforms (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging). The ideal candidate will oversee business analysts and technical delivery teams, ensuring successful project execution, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality releases within airline operations.
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory):
- Agile Project Management – Proven expertise in sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release management, and risk mitigation.
- BOT Technologies – Strong understanding of ChatBOT, EmailBOT, and VoiceBOT solutions.
- Conversational AI Frameworks – Hands-on experience with Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or Rasa.
- Airline Systems Expertise – Reservations, Departure Control Systems, and Loyalty Platforms.
- Multi-Channel Platforms – Integration with SMS, WhatsApp Business API, Email Gateways, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging.
- API & Integration Skills – REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, and middleware solutions.
- Leadership & Team Management – Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring business analysts/developers.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management – Strong ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and coordinate with third-party vendors.
Good-to-Have Skills (Optional):
- Knowledge of UX best practices and user journey optimization.
- Strong data analysis and KPI monitoring for performance tracking.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data security standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 8–12 years in IT project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership/project management role.
- Proven track record of implementing BOT solutions and multi-channel platforms in airline or related industries.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to bridge technical and business domains effectively.
