SCRUM Master

Description

We are looking for an experienced SCRUM Master to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of guiding teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach team members in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices to enhance team performance.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized according to business goals.
• Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on the team's progress, productivity, and overall performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar capacity in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience implementing them effectively.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to guide teams in Agile practices.
• Proficiency in using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent are highly desirable.
