Roles and Responsibilities
Project & Service Delivery Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of managed services projects and operations
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in managed service engagements
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Conduct regular client reviews, reporting, and governance meetings
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operational processes and service delivery
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
- Optimize resource utilization and operational performance
Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams including operations, QA, and support staff
- Set performance goals and monitor team productivity
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- rack and analyse KPIs such as SLA adherence, TAT, quality, and client satisfaction
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive summaries
- Use data insights to drive operational and strategic decisions
