Experience Required 15+ years in IT with 10 years in CyberSecurity project delivery.
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of CyberSecurity projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity domains, project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects, ensure quality delivery, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Project Delivery Execution
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects eg SOC implementation, IAM, vulnerability management, cloud security
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans regularly
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Team Leadership
- Manage cross-functional teams including security analysts, engineers, and consultants
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve project goals
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams
- Governance Compliance
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards, frameworks eg NIST, ISO 27001, and regulatory requirements
- Drive audit readiness and compliance reporting
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
- Implement best practices in cybersecurity delivery and project management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivering complex cybersecurity projects
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains (SOC, SIEM, IAM, DLP, etc.)
- PMP, Prince2 or equivalent project management certification
- CISSP, CISM or other relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
