Scope:
- Lead large-scale, enterprise-level technical programs involving complex system integrations, data flows, cloud migrations, or platform modernization.
- Manage multiple project tracks (infrastructure, backend, frontend, QA, security) and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
- Own end-to-end delivery across planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Drive governance, compliance, technical documentation, and engineering alignment across all phases.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineering managers, DevOps, InfoSec, and product owners to ensure technical feasibility and delivery quality.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern engineering practices is a plus.
- Ability to understand architecture diagrams, integration workflows, and technical constraints.
- Knowledge of risk management, change management, and release management methodologies.
- Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
What you'll do:
- Drive project planning: scope definition, effort estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder review meetings.
- Track progress, identify risks, create mitigation plans, and handle escalations proactively.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, product management, and business teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables when required.
- Provide regular status reports to leadership and ensure transparent communication.
- Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline commitments.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, and delivery frameworks.
What we are looking for:
- 13+ years of project/program management experience, with strong delivery ownership.
- Proven track record of delivering large, complex, cross-functional technology projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence without authority and work in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
- A team player who can mentor others and strengthen the PMO function.
