We have an opportunity for Project Manager at Thane location with INVOICEMART - A.Treds.

A.TREDS Limited (a group company of Axis Bank) is a national level online platform which facilitates financing of Receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers. TREDS is in the business of opening accounts, uploading, accepting, discounting and settlement of Invoices and Bills of Exchange by way of Factoring and Reverse Factoring and provide such other services as permitted by the RBI from time-to-time.

Invoicemart is an online receivable discounting platform for facilitating the short-term financial transactions in a smooth and efficient manner among the financers, buyers and sellers.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in FinTech and Supply Chain Finance domains to lead agile project execution for our TReDS platform. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely sprint deliveries, and align project outcomes with business objectives in a highly regulated financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage agile projects ensuring timely delivery within scope.
  • Oversee sprint planning, execution, and delivery across Development, QA, and BA teams.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and manage dependencies effectively.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve delays for smooth delivery.
  • Communicate project status, timelines, and risks to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing agile best practices and optimizing workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, regulatory standards, and operational norms.
  • Maintain detailed documentation: project plans, sprint metrics, release notes, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in FinTech, Banking, NBFC, or Supply Chain Finance domains.
  • Proven experience managing agile projects and sprint deliveries.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking dashboards.
  • Business analysis experience is a strong plus.
