Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Manager located in Mumbai. The Technical Project Manager will oversee project lifecycles, from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects within scope and budget. Responsibilities include coordinating across teams, managing project requirements, leading technical implementations, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. The role also involves identifying risks, proposing solutions, and fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end execution of the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Break down product strategy into detailed sprint plans, delivery milestones, and timelines.

- Manage coordination between 4 frontend developers, 4 backend developers, 2 testers, and the project owner.

- Define and monitor KPIs for sprint velocity, delivery quality, and release schedules.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early; implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure rigorous QA alignment and oversee release readiness with testers.

- Maintain structured reporting and transparent communication with stakeholders.

- Implement and enforce efficient project tracking tools (Jira/Notion/Asana/etc.).

- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and improvement-driven team culture.

- Stay updated with emerging project management practices for SaaS/tech products.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Technical Program Manager / Product Delivery Manager.

- Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams (frontend, backend, QA).

- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) with hands-on sprint management.

- Technical background (knowledge of web technologies, APIs, cloud deployments).

- Skilled in stakeholder management, reporting, and communication.

- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in parallel.

- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and conflict resolution abilities.

- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, GitHub Projects, Notion, or equivalent tools.

Nice-to-Have

- Exposure to creator economy / content platforms.

- Familiarity with Next.js, NestJS, MongoDB, Redis, AWS.

- Experience coordinating across Asana, Notion, Figma, Slack for collaboration and workflow.

- Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
