Technical Program Manager (TPM)
The Technical Program Manager will lead endtoend delivery of complex, crossfunctional technology programs across engineering, product, data, and business teams for Medikabazaar's large-scale healthcare supplychain and digital commerce platforms. The role requires strong technical understanding, program governance, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive large, multi-team technical programs from planning to execution and closure.
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on system design, scalability, integrations, microservices, APIs, cloud, and ERP/WMS initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical plans and provide executive-level program updates.
- Implement program governance, Agile best practices, and continuous delivery process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and QA standards.
Required Experience & Skills
- 812 years of experience, including 46+ years in Technical Program Management.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale programs, preferably in ecommerce, healthcare tech, supply chain, or B2B platforms.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), data/ERP/WMS/CRM systems.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and crossfunctional influence skills.
Education
- Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science required.
- MBA or certifications (PMP, SAFe, Agile) are a plus.
