The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided , upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Execution: Independently manage entire project lifecycle from excavation to handover. Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. Drive project schedules and milestone achievements.
- Team Leadership & Site Management: Lead engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors. Manage manpower planning, productivity, and discipline. Ensure smooth coordination across all site functions.
- RCC, Mivan & Finishing Works: Oversee RCC works (shuttering, reinforcement, concreting). Handle Mivan/Aluminium formwork execution and cycle optimization. Ensure high-quality finishing (plaster, flooring, façade, interiors).
- Billing & Commercial Management: Verify and certify contractor RA bills and final bills. Ensure measurements are accurate as per BOQ (Bill of Quantities). Track work progress vs billing milestones. Coordinate with QS/Contracts team for cost tracking and variation claims. Control project cost and minimize financial leakages.
- MEP Coordination & Execution: Coordinate with MEP teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for seamless integration. Ensure alignment of MEP works with civil progress. Monitor installation of HVAC, fire fighting systems, electrical systems, plumbing networks. Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and technical standards.
- Planning & Coordination: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly execution plans. Coordinate with architects, consultants, procurement, and design teams. Ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Quality & Safety Management: Implement quality control systems at all stages. Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory regulations. Conduct site audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Site Security Management: Oversee complete site security operations. Implement material inward/outward control systems. Ensure proper visitor and labor movement tracking.
- Cost Control & Budget Management: Monitor budget vs actual expenditure. Optimize resources and reduce wastage. Track procurement and consumption.
