Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Project Manager based in Mumbai. The MEP Project Manager will oversee comprehensive project planning and execution, ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards, and collaborate with various teams to manage MEP design, budgeting, and construction activities. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving project submittals, coordinating with contractors, ensuring project compliance, and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and plumbing
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and team coordination
• Proficiency in budgeting and cost control to ensure efficient resource allocation
• Experience in preparing, reviewing, and managing project submittals
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure project deadlines are met
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in MEP project work within the manufacturing or construction sectors is a plus
