Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Engineer, based in Mumbai with the flexibility for occasional work-from-home. The Site Engineer will oversee on-site project execution, coordinate with teams and clients, and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications. Responsibilities include quality control, managing timelines and resources, and collaborating with civil and structural engineers to ensure all technical criteria are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site project management and quality control processes
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Understanding of civil and structural engineering principles
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for civil and structural engineering
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in parking or construction projects is a plus
