Required Skills & Qualifications

Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant CAD software.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of civil engineering design principles, materials & connections.
Education: ITI certification, or diploma in civil drafting/engineering.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in calculations and drafting.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for coordinating with project teams.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed, high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models.
Use CAD tools to identify potential conflicts between structural or utility systems.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
Work with engineers and architects to interpret specifications and turn them into actionable construction documents.
Maintain, revise, and update detailed drawings and project records.
