About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager with at least 5 years of professional experience to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, team members, vendors, and leadership.
- Identify project risks and issues; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress using project management tools and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across project workflows.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and company expectations.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience managing projects of varying size and complexity.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent.
