Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Bangalore/Chennai regions. The

successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management of large-scale workspace interiorfit-out projects, managing teams of 5-15 members, and ensuring timely delivery of projects ranging from 5 crores to 50 crores with coverage areas from 50,000 to 2,00,000 sq. ft.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Lead comprehensive project planning from inception to completion

Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and milestone tracking

Coordinate with design, procurement, and Costing/QS teams to ensure seamless delivery

Manage project budgets and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality

Team Management

Lead and manage project teams of 5-15 members across different functions

Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and specialized teams

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews

Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all team levels

Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle

Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships

Present project updates, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction

Coordinate with internal stakeholders including design, procurement, and commercials teams

Quality & Compliance

Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols

Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits

Implement and maintain project documentation and reporting systems

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Required Qualifications

Experience

8-15 years of experience in workspace/corporate interior fit-out projects

Minimum 10 large-scale projects executed as Project Manager

Proven track record in managing projects worth 5+ crores to 30+ crores

Experience in handling projects spanning 50,000 to 2,00,000 sq ft

Skills & Competencies

Strong project management and leadership capabilities

Technical knowledge of C&I activities and MEP Coordination

Excellent client relationship management skills

Proficiency in project management tools and software

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Personal Attributes

Willingness to travel and work at various site locations

Flexibility to work between Bangalore and Chennai as per project requirements

Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
