Job Description

Location: Chennai (Onsite)

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking and delivery.
  • Drive project governance, status reporting, resource planning and risk management.
  • Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high quality and stakeholder communication.
  • Track and manage project tasks and progress using JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, business and leadership teams.
  • Good Presentation and communication skills.
  • Maintain clear documentation of business requirements, timelines, deliverables and dependencies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in Project Management in Software Development projects.
  • Hands-on experience in JIRA for tracking tasks, issues and sprint progress.
  • Practical working experience in SCRUM / Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Certification: PMP / CSM / Agile Certified is a plus.
  • Experience: Working with international clients.
