Job Description

Role:

  • Set up new processes, identify topics for improvement in existing processes and reassure the quality of the project
  • Handle difficult customer requests
  • Coordinate project-related processes according to business standards
  • Collaborate with both local, central teams and GSDM (whenever needed)
  • Provide required reports, documentation and instructions
  • Perform onboarding procedure of new employee (introduce tasks and responsibilities, provide necessary support and knowledge during first months)

Requirements:

  • 3 years of work experience (or equivalent) in project management
  • Experience in communication with Stakeholders
  • C1 English
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel/ Power Point)
  • Ability to plan actions and oversee results
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with solid attention to details which includes ability to draw conclusions from reports and data analysis
