The Quality Auditor End User Computing is responsible for evaluating and improving the quality of interactions tickets and processes handled by the End User team The role focuses on ensuring service excellence process adherence and customer satisfaction through continuous audits feedback and improvement initiatives Skills Competencies Strong analytical and auditing skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and feedback delivery Good understanding of IT Service Desk operations ITIL processes and ticketing tools eg ServiceNow Proficiency in Excel Power BI or similar reporting tools Customer focused and process driven mindset Qualifications Experience Bachelors degree in any discipline preferably IT or Business 4 to 5 years of experience in a Quality Audit role ITIL Foundation certification preferred
