Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.

- Experience with increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
- Ability to communicate with technical management teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with attention to detail and tactical execution.

Responsibilities
- Lead program teams across external partners and cross-functional organizations including legal, product, and engineering.
- Identify and resolve organizational and administrative blockers to deliver GDC to end customers quickly and reliably.
- Facilitate regular reviews to maintain momentum and ensure all partners are accountable for their respective deliverables.
- Implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve the efficiency of the delivery model between planning signals and execution response.
- Manage the requirements for global markets where lead times and regulatory environments lack established precedents.
