Experience: 2 years to 3 Years

Location: Gurgaon / Faridabad

Minimum Qualification: B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical/ Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee Zincalume tank projects from initiation to completion.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

Ensure projects are delivered as per agreed timelines and milestones.

Review project designs and ensure compliance with approved specifications.

Coordinate with engineering and design teams for accurate execution.

Manage technical changes and resolve design-related issues during execution.

Prepare and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor project budgets, control costs, and track expenditures.

Ensure projects are executed within approved financial limits.

Ensure construction and installation meet defined quality standards.

Conduct inspections and oversee testing activities.

Identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.

Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services.

Manage logistics and ensure timely availability of resources at site.

Prevent delays through effective material planning and coordination.

Maintain complete project documentation and records.

Prepare and submit regular progress and status reports to management and stakeholders.

Record and manage scope changes, issues, and corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Promote safe working practices at project sites.

Address safety issues and incidents promptly.

Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors.

Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.

Resolve operational and team-related issues to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Experience Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management
• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or industrial projects involving metal tanks or similar structures.
• Familiarity with Zincalume or similar materials is highly desirable.
• Proficient in English speaking and writing
• strong command of MS Excel, Power Points, Projects and other project related tools
• Understand drawings.
• Proficient in comprehending and interpreting technical drawings.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of construction practices, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with regular site visits to project locations.

May involve working extended hours to meet project deadlines.
