Project Execution & Coordination
- Manage and execute day-to-day project activities to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle file engineering, vendor search, onboarding, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors
- Conduct quality checks at various project stages to maintain accuracy and standards
Team Supervision & Leadership
- Lead, manage, and supervise assigned team members to ensure efficient execution
- Monitor and guide the team to meet deadlines and deliverables
Problem Solving & Quality Assurance
- Identify and resolve issues during project execution
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality localization services consistently
Platform & Process Compliance
- Ensure proper and accurate usage of PMS (Project Management System) and FMS (Freelancer Management System) throughout project lifecycle
- Enforce adherence to internal processes and documentation standards
Client & Vendor Relations
- Support account managers during client escalation calls and provide backend support
- Build rapport with linguist vendors and address any concerns or operational issues
- Assist vendors with payment or grievance handling to ensure high satisfaction
Reporting & Documentation
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for reporting managers
- Keep all project-related data updated and well-documented
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the localization industry or project management roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in vendor management and client coordination
- Familiarity with project management tools and localization platforms is preferred
