We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team in our Bengaluru office in a full-time, on-site capacity. The Program Manager will oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with organizational goals, and high-quality execution. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking project timelines, managing stakeholders, and optimizing workflows. Additionally, the role involves problem-solving, driving process improvements, managing resources, and fostering collaboration to achieve program milestones and business objectives.

• Project and Program Management skills, including tracking deliverables, meeting deadlines, and optimizing processes.
• Stakeholder Management and Communication abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and effectively convey project updates.
• Leadership and Problem-Solving skills to manage resources, guide teams, and overcome challenges during project execution.
• Strong Analytical and Organizational skills to monitor progress, evaluate program success, and implement improvements.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban is preferred.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or tech industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A relevant advanced degree or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
