Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Bengaluru South for a Human Resources Program Manager. The role involves developing and managing HR programs, processes, and policies to drive organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include designing strategies to enhance talent acquisition, development, and retention, analyzing HR metrics, supporting compliance initiatives, and collaborating with teams on employee engagement initiatives. The HR Program Manager will also lead projects aimed at driving diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in HR strategy, program management, and employee engagement
  • Experience with talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning strategies
  • Strong skills in metrics analysis, compliance, and organizational development
  • Knowledge and experience in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage cross-functional projects effectively
  • Familiarity with HR software and digital tools is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
