About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Program Manager to manage multiple projects and manpower operations across Delhi. The ideal candidate will be skilled in client servicing, team coordination, and multitasking, with strong communication and Excel skills. This role involves on-ground execution and will require local travelown transport is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end project execution across multiple campaigns or events
- Serve as the key point of contact for clientsmanage relationships, expectations, and feedback
- Coordinate and manage manpower planning, deployment, and performance tracking
- Prepare reports, trackers, and presentations using advanced Excel skills Ensure timely and quality delivery of all projects as per client requirements
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams for seamless execution
- Travel locally for on-site supervision and coordination (own transport preferred) Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 13 years of experience in project coordination, client servicing, or operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in creating professional presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools Strong command over MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting tools)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Own vehicle preferred for local travel
