Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Pricing Program Manager
We are seeking a highly analytical, self-motivated and result-oriented professional with strong program management, governance, and reporting capabilities. The role supports senior leadership through impactful dashboards, management reports, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate brings executive presence, strong ownership, and the ability to operate independently. Understanding of engagement or deal financials is a plus.
The role will also support Pricing SMEs with Pricing tool testing activities and help manage the tool's central support mailbox to ensure timely issue resolution.
Responsibilities
Develop executive and management reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Build and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs and program health.
Perform data analysis and create meaningful data cuts to support decision-making.
Support program management activities including planning, tracking, governance, risks, and dependencies.
Provide leadership-ready storytelling, presentations, and ad-hoc analysis.
Enable change management through structured reporting and stakeholder communications.
Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities across programs and reporting.
Support Pricing tool testing and manage the tool's support mailbox/ as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with management reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis.
Understanding of program management and governance.
Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Understanding of Financials Statements

Minimum Qualifications
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
Exposure to cross-functional programs and change management.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Understanding of pricing, engagement, or deal financials.
Experience in finance, F&A BPO, or specialized analytical roles
