About the team:

Gartner's Global IT End User Operations team partners with the regional leadership team to enable the Services teams to deliver ever increasing levels of client value and retention. Aligned to the Gartner Services & Delivery Strategy the IT End User Operations team develops operational excellence to improve productivity, execution of proven practices and alignment with key stakeholders.

What you will do:

This Program Manager role will work with others in the team to support the Global IT End User (ITEU) Organization. In addition to leading and supporting regional initiatives, the successful candidate will also work on Global projects as needed.

  • Provide thought leadership to regional service leaders & specific insights into IT End User needs
  • Lead & support design and execution of agreed regional projects and Initiatives that drive improvements in client value, associate productivity & motivation and improved client retention
  • Support Gartner Service & Delivery strategic initiatives, representing and anticipating the needs of ITEU, share updates with local leaders and shape change planning to meet the regional needs to ensure successful rollout and adoption
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product, Research and Advisory, to bring these solutions to our Service teams in a coordinated way and drive execution of these solutions and programs as well as monitor to determine ongoing effectiveness
  • Analyse client and/or associate needs by means of qualitative and quantitative sources. Synthesize into findings and opportunities
  • Support region leaders in preparing for key meetings e.g. Ops & Monthly Business. Reviews
  • Support & lead innovation aligned with the teams goals
  • Ensure accurate analytics, monitor key business drivers, identify and drive operational improvements, provide transparency of results to key business leaders
  • Cultivate strong and mutually respectful relationships across the organization and partner with leadership to solve problems and identify business improvement opportunities
  • Provide guidance to regional management teams to ensure operational consistency and share best practices in driving Retention

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years relevant operations experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills: Able to effectively partner with multiple teams and leaders to influence in a matrixed environment
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills. Excellent analytical skills; ability to analyze large datasets and translate raw information into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to understand business initiatives and challenges, and to recommend business solutions using fact-based analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create and deliver effective decks and updates for use by multiple levels of staff, up to and including the executive level
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and large amounts of detail simultaneously
  • Program management experience: Ability to organize and track complex projects, keep self and others on track and identify emerging issues
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong presentation skills both to service and executive leadership.
