Key Responsibilities

• Drive expansion and operational excellence across urban and emerging markets

• Manage partner retail ecosystems and ensure smooth business operations

• Lead onboarding, engagement, and productivity initiatives for field teams

• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders for market growth programs

• Ensure execution of branding, customer engagement, and business activation initiatives

• Monitor productivity, profitability, operational hygiene, and service quality standards

• Support implementation of business growth and channel effectiveness strategies

• Drive process adherence and operational governance across locations

Preferred Background

• Experience in retail operations, channel sales, distribution management, or program management

• Strong stakeholder management and execution capabilities

• Excellent people management and coordination skills

• Analytical mindset with strong ownership orientation

• Ability to manage large scale field operations and partner networks
