Role Overview :- 

We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager to work closely with the Founder's Office. This role involves working across multiple functions such as factory operations, production, marketing, and finance. The ideal candidate should be highly adaptable, data-driven, and strongly inclined towards technology and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder on high-impact, cross-functional projects
• Manage and execute initiatives across departments (production, operations, marketing, finance, etc.)
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and improve business outcomes
• Identify process improvements and implement tech/AI-driven solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects

 Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, strategy, or similar roles
• Strong data orientation and analytical thinking
• High level of comfort with technology; strong AI awareness and practical usage is mandatory
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
