Job Title: Value stream Lead (Engagement & Program Manager – Hybrid Role)

Exp – 6+ Years

Work Mode – Remote

Resource Preferred Shift Timings

6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Overview

We are seeking a highly dynamic and client-focused Valuestream Lead who will operate in a hybrid capacity as both an Engagement Manager and Program Manager. This role is pivotal in building trusted client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless execution of programs. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the client while also owning delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications and escalations.

Understand client business goals and align delivery strategies accordingly.

Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.

Program & Delivery Management

Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams/projects.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Drive planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of program milestones.

Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations.

Business Development & Sales Support

Act as a strategic advisor to clients, contributing to solutioning and proposals.

Support pre-sales activities, including presentations, estimations, and proposal creation.

Drive revenue growth within the assigned account(s).

Leadership & Governance

Establish strong governance frameworks, including status reporting and stakeholder reviews.

Lead program reviews, steering committees, and executive updates.

Mentor and guide project managers and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in program management, engagement management, or consulting roles.

Proven ability to manage large-scale programs and client relationships.

Strong business acumen with experience in client-facing and revenue-generating roles.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Experience working in a global delivery model.

Work Requirements

Must be flexible to work in U.S. time zones.

Ability to collaborate with distributed/global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in IT services, digital transformation, or consulting environments.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies.

Domain expertise (if applicable to your company/industry)
