The Role
We are looking for a Program Manager in the Founder's Office who can help drive our international business — working shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders to shape strategy and turn it into execution across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the founders to define, prioritize, and execute company-wide strategic projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Structure and track OKRs, quarterly business plans, and progress on key goals.
- Identify and solve business bottlenecks through process improvements or automation.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis and synthesize insights to support strategic decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and execution status.
- Contribute to investor relations and board updates by preparing presentations and data summaries.
- Drive special projects such as new product launches, operational excellence programs, and growth initiatives.
- Support and accelerate the international business — market entry, global customer programs, and cross-border execution.
Required Skills & Competencies
- B.Tech from IIT.
- 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, program management, or a similar role at a fast-growing tech startup.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and precision.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving execution in matrixed environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced contexts with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with AI or SaaS is a strong plus.
- Exposure to international or cross-border business is a strong plus.
