Job Title: Program Delivery Lead- Government & PSU

We at Coforge are hiring Program Delivery Lead-Banking with the following skillset:
Responsibilities: -
- Strong Program, Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Execution of 2+ Fixed Price (FPP) projects for Indian Govt/PSU, including O&M ownership
- Experience in Infra Setup / Support / NOC / SOC programs within India
- Excellent relationship management with Govt officials, OEMs, and partners
- Experience working in a matrix organization with a proactive, go‑getter attitude
- Strong understanding of P&L, revenue, margins, and cost management across FPP, T&M, and Managed Services
- Program planning, budgeting, risk & resource management
- Ensuring clear, up‑to‑date program documentation
Project exposure:
- 2–3 Govt/PSU projects with multi‑location FPP delivery (Applications, Infra, Licenses, OEM products)
- Understanding of the Govt/PSU ecosystem
- Delivery‑side support for pre‑bid and growth initiatives
