Job Description

Role Overview:

The position will be responsible for driving financial growth, operational excellence, marketing effectiveness, and revenue performance across a PAN-India network of 60+ schools. The role focuses on school-level profitability, financial planning, admissions-led growth, compliance, and governance, while ensuring strong brand alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. School Operations & Network Management

  • Lead and oversee non-academic operations across all schools.
  • Ensure SOP implementation, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance including CBSE.
  • Act as escalation point for operational challenges.

2. Marketing, Branding & Admissions Growth

  • Drive PAN-India ATL, BTL, Digital & community-based marketing.
  • Support schools with admission planning and conversion strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and centralized campaigns.

3. Financial Growth, Revenue Planning & Profitability

  • Drive school-wise financial growth and profitability.
  • Set annual financial goals for revenue, admissions, and fee realization.
  • Prepare revenue projections, feasibility studies, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Analyze P&L and recommend corrective actions.

4. School Launches & New Project Execution

  • Manage end-to-end school launches.
  • Conduct market research, catchment and feasibility studies.
  • Ensure timely launch readiness and achievement of targets.

5. Revenue Sharing, Service Fee Collection & Financial Compliance

  • Manage service fee and revenue sharing.
  • Ensure timely fee realization.
  • Oversee financial audits.
  • Ensure TDS, GST and statutory compliance.

6. Leadership Hiring & Capability Building

  • Lead leadership hiring including Principals.
  • Conduct training for Principals, Admin & Marketing teams.

7. Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Manage school owners, principals and parents.
  • Drive NPS and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Represent organization in launches and forums.

8. Data, Strategy & Performance Management

  • Track KPIs on admissions, revenue, ROI and compliance.
  • Present dashboards and strategic reports to leadership.

9. Centralized Corporate Events & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Plan and execute centralized corporate events for Students, Principals, Teachers and School Owners.
  • Define clear objectives such as engagement, capability building, recognition and brand strengthening.
  • Establish measurable outcomes and success metrics for each event.
  • Ensure events align with organizational vision and annual priorities.
  • Manage and control event budgets ensuring cost efficiency and optimal ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.
  • Review post-event impact and incorporate learnings for improvement.

Experience & Qualification:

  • 15+ years in K-12 education or multi-location networks.
  • Strong exposure to school finance and governance.
  • MBA/PGDM preferred.
