Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professor located in Mawal. The Professor will design and deliver engaging, activity-based lessons in space science and technology, ensuring alignment with KCSA's experiential learning philosophy. Responsibilities include conducting research, mentoring students, organizing workshops, collaborating with other educators, and contributing to curriculum development. The role requires integrating cross-disciplinary knowledge and fostering students curiosity and critical thinking.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Space Science, Physics, Astronomy, or related fields
• Experience in designing and delivering activity-based and experiential learning programs
• Proficiency in curriculum development and educational research
• Excellent teaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire students
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for work with colleagues and professionals
• Familiarity with India's New Education Policy and interest in innovative educational practices
• Minimum of a Master's degree in a related field; doctorate preferred
• Experience working in space science or technology-focused educational or research organizations is an advantage
