Production Support

We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in managing and supporting production systems, ensuring their reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation related to production processes and issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Perl.
• Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
