Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Monitor daily plan vs actual output and take corrective action for GAP.

• Resource management - Human, Material
• Drive Continuous improvement through VOS (Vertiv operating system)
• Ensure quality products are delivered.
• Ensure safe environment on the line and drive 5S.
• On the Job training to new operators.
• Achieve desired efficiency and productivity levels.
• Coordination with Store and purchase for material requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
. B.E/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Production.

• Production management
• Knowledge of MS office and ERP system like Oracle / SAP
• Interpersonal skills / Analytical skills / Problem solving skills / Team player.
• Understanding of Lean principles.
• 3 - 5 yrs. experience in manufacturing Industry managing Assembly line.
• Willing to work in shifts
